What is sex education?
Sex education, which is sometimes called sexuality education or sex education is the process of acquiring information and forming attitudes and beliefs about gender identity, sex, relationships and intimacy. Sex education is also developing the skills of young people to make informed decisions about their behavior, and feel confident and competent about acting in this election. It is widely accepted that young people have a right to sex education. This is because it is a means by which helps protect against abuse, exploitation, unwanted pregnancies, sexually transmitted diseases and HIV and AIDS. It is also argued that sex education contributes to satisfy the rights of young people to information on issues affecting them, their right to meet your needs and help them live their sexuality and relationships are formed.
