Sexual assault

Sexual violence is violence of a sexual nature with another person, or any sexual act without consent. Although sexual violence is more often a woman by the man in question can be anything from two or more men, women and children.

Sexual assault is the term used in public discourse, as a generic term that is defined as any involuntary sexual act in which a person is threatened, coerced or forced to commit against their will, or sexual touching of a person n not has consented. This includes rape (for example, forced vaginal, anal or oral), fondling, kissing forced child abuse, sexual abuse, or torture of the victim in a sexual way.

In legal terms, sexual assault is the name of a violation of the law in several jurisdictions, including Canada, England and Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Texas. The legal definition of sexual assault crime is determined by each jurisdiction, and these definitions vary considerably and are influenced by social and cultural attitudes.

In the United States, approximately 300,000 women are raped each year and 3.7 million women are subjected to unwanted sexual activities other. About 80,000 American children are victims of sexual abuse each year. It is estimated that one in six American women have or will have during his life.Largely sexually as children, rape and imprisonment, about ten per cent of reported rape victims are men.
